    Some time ago, after writing a review for the outlook plugin Xobni I got the tip to look at Lookeen. So I did have a look at it, and here is what I found.

    The first thing I noticed about Lookeen is that it doesn’t have a free version, it just comes as a trial version and you have to buy it after 14 days. It is also a lot more expensive then Xobni to buy (compared to Xobni’s full version).
    Lookeen is aimed more towards companies, the version they have has many enterprise options and the plugin itself looks easy and professional. The options in outlook aren’t as visual and many as...

    This time it’s not really a program, but more a website that offers a nice function. Everyone probably knows this problem, you get a PDF and need to edit it, or you lost the original. Of course you can buy the full Adobe Acrobat suite to edit it, and of course this is the best way there is, but also the most expensive. For me, I’m not someone who edits and work in PDF files the whole day, just occasionally (very rare) have a document that needs editing, or get a request from someone for a tool like this.

    Xobni is a free outlook plugin, that makes searching for emails/attachements and contact data allot more easy.

    After installing Xobni (spells Inbox backwards Rolling Eyes ) you will find a big sidebar appear in your outlook. Now at first this might seem a bit annoying, but for me I got used to it pretty fast, and you can also make it allot smaller...but that would defeat the purpose.
    The sidebar will ask you if he can analyze your inbox, this will give you nice (useless?) statistics...
