Added new Urchin, Hermit Crab and Mushrooms
Friday we went shopping in our regular aquarium shop. We went to see if they had a new Urchin and Sea star, which we ordered some time ago. Unfortunately they didn’t have any sea stars at that time, but the salesman said he did find an Urchin in the coral aquarium some time ago. After some searching he found it for us, so we do have a new Urchin now
During his search we saw some mushrooms flying around that weren’t attached to any rock. So my girlfriend asked if we could have them for my project, which was ok. We also found a lose one in another aquarium, unfortunately that one disappeared overnight in our aquarium. Too bad, because it was a very nice one (dark/black with light green stripes).
We also picked a different rock now for the project, since the other one is becoming too crowded. The red and green mushroom on there are becoming very big, and together with the blue one it might become to much, since it’s only a small rock.
Also instead of the sea star we bought another Hermit Crab, which could help against any future Detritus problems.
We also bought a window cleaner and food for the Anemone (and something to feed it with). So Sunday, our special feeding day, we gave the anemone its first fish, and he enjoyed it very much. Was much fun to watch also, hope to make a movie of that some day .
The Kenya tree has some weird bubble on it, no idea what it is, but we noticed it couple of days ago. See how this evolves.
