Removed allot of it around the red mushroom, since it seemed to overgrow the mushroom. It is now already attached to the rock, so the mushroom isn't going anywhere, so then remove allot of the algea :p

It still grows fast, especially on the little island together with the Red Mushroom, so next time I will try to remove even more if the Clownfish let's me.

Still growing fast. Read that it feeds of calcium, and more calcium the whiter it gets. They feel most comfertable in conditions suited for Stone Corals.

The road to rebuilding Pt 1
The Halimeda has less trouble with the brown and grey stuff, it’s still expending rapidly. It’s a good sign though, because it lives of Calcium, which is also food for a lot of corals, so if the Halimeda can grow the corals using it can also grow perfectly.

The road to rebuilding Pt2
The Halimeda will be removed from one of the rocks, but will stay on other rocks…if it survives the rebuilding it can regain a bit. I like it, it looks nice, as long as it doesn’t grow into a plague.

Rebuilding Day 1
Most of it is removed, only a small portion remains on one of the rocks in the aquarium, but that will most likely be removed. Also some small parts remained on the rock with the Toadstool and the rock with the Mushrooms.

Rebuilding Day 4, the aftermath
Seems that every piece has died or been removed, nothing found anymore. Maybe it returns some day!

It's back!!
The first Halimeda algae is coming back on this rock. Guess we need to prepare for cleaning the rock often again.

Back from vacation
The Halimeda algae are coming back more and more. Also between the Mushrooms on our first Mushroom rock they are appearing between the mushrooms again. And two other places now also begin to grow.

Still growing all over the aquarium. We removed many of it between the two Kenya trees.
