Crab-Tank

Even though this rock isn’t going into the crab part of the 60 liter tank I’m still calling it crab rock and still attaching it to the small bin I have reserved for it.
The Kenya Tree I had attached using a rubber band is now free from its rubber band. It already broke in half, the only thing keeping it to the rock was the Kenya Tree that had attached over it.


Also the Toadstool leather coral that is attached to the side is starting to look better...

Due to some changes in the fragtank the rock moved to the sump. However, since work on the fragtank took longer then expected and the water values in the temporary tank became real bad all of a sudden I decided to take no chance with the Crab Rock and move it, together with some corals from the fragtank, to the Red Sea Max 250.
So the rock is now located in the RSM where it is also cleaned by the hermit crab and cleaner shrimp (nice benefit). Besides that our Kenya Tree had another fragment which I had to remove and I placed it on the rock using a rubber band, since the previous Kenya Tree...

Through a Dutch eBay like website I got my hands on a little plastic aquarium. The idea is to make this into a Crab Tank for my 2 crabs who are now in the Sump. I already found a couple of rocks that I want to use in the tank as well.



Using reef construct I combined the two pieces as one. The idea is to have some easy corals growing...
