Siganus vulpinus (Foxface Lo)

QUICK STATS
The Foxface Lo, also known as the Foxface Rabbitfish, has a very unique body color. It has a mottled yellow-brown body with a dark chest. The face is very light in color and speckled on the lower half. They are a very hardy fish, and are great additions to the newly-established tank.
It may reside in a 70 gallon or larger aquarium. It is a very peaceful species except when housed with other rabbitfish. The Foxface Lo may be housed with more aggressive fish. Its predators will tend to leave it alone because of its venomous dorsal spines. Rabbitfish are generally reef-safe if they are well fed. If not, it is possible for them to nip at and consume some species of LPS and soft corals.
The Foxface Lo diet consists of a variety of fresh vegetables and undesirable species of algae. It does nip and possibly eat some soft and hard coral polyps.

The foxface is still hiding allot, underneath the mushroom and in the cave. Tried to make a movie of him, and it shows exactly what I mean :p

Re: Siganus vulpinus (Foxface Lo)
Not much going on with him, he now also eats from my hand...so he seems less scared now

The road to rebuilding Pt1
The Foxface is also still doing well. His favourite hiding place is still near/inside the toadstool mushroom. He now also eats from my hand and seems to be stress free, hopefully the rebuilding doesn’t cause him to stress as much again.

The road to rebuilding Pt2
The foxface will hopefully have his own hiding place after the rebuild. He now either hides with the clownfish or in/under the toadstool mushroom. With more larger caves I hope he will feel more comfortable.

Rebuilding Day 1
Quick fish, hard to catch, but in the end I got him. He has turned in all colours imaginable for this fish, fun to see how he shifts colours.

Rebuilding Day 4, the aftermath
Now we have been so careful with the firefish because we knew he could jump...guess who ended up on the floor jumping out of the other aquarium...indeed, the Foxface.
But after putting him back in the aquarium, the big one, he at first hide a bit...but pretty soon he was back in his normal routine.

The days after, Part 1
The Foxface isn’t showing any problems. Only that he has nothing to graze yet, he is searching for something but it’s not there yet. Good thing he also liked normal flakes.

Many new corals
The cleaner shrimp thought the Foxface needed some cleaning. The foxface was still not fully awake so it seemed :p
