Asterina sp. (Sea Star)

This algae eating sea star is often called a plague. They can multiply rapidly into big colonies. They are also called button-stranglers. Hymenocera Elegans is often used to fight these animals.

Still here

I put them in a long time ago, even before the recent plans...and they are still here. Even after clearing the aquarium from almost all water and sand.

The 23rd I moved 6 of them from the RSM into the sump, and a day later I moved another one into the Sump
